Tariffs can be found under indivual properties.

Seasons are as follows:

Low:  Post Easter to December

Mid:  February to Easter

High:  Late December/January

PLEASE NOTE

You will need to supply the following:  Sheets, pillowslips, towels and tea towels.  We can supply linen for a fee.  Please let our consultant know if you require this service

HIGH SEASON BOOKINGS - LATE DECEMBER THROUGH JANUARY  REQUIRE A MINIMUM BOOKING OF 7 NIGHTS

PAYMENT EQUIVALENT TO 50% OF THE TOTAL TARRIF IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM ALL BOOKINGS

FOR LOW AND MID SEASON BOOKINGS THE BALANCE OF THE TARIFF IS PAYABLE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

FOR HIGH SEASON BOOKINGS THE BALANCE OF THE TARIFF IS PAYABLE BY 31 OCTOBER
